Essentials of Spiritual Purification - Understanding Life in a Changing World is a journal/blog meant to be both informative and uplifting. Its intent is to both deal with some of the more challenging aspects of the purification process, while at the same time shining a light on the great good that comes from the expansion of the soul which is the result of this process.

The world is already involved in a global process of purification, even though this has not reached the level of consciousness in most. Neverthless, upheavals on the social, political, emotional, physical and relationship levels are affecting life everywhere, with many new and often intense experiences needing to be dealt with in a new way.

The global economic picture is one aspect of the purification process on a planetary level. On a personal level, greater access to the heart is both revealing the deeper nature of one's being and also the unhealed portions of the heart that are in need of attention. The incoming energy of spiritual light is shining a light into whatever darkness exists on both individual and planetary levels so that all beings, everywhere, can move into a state of greater wholeness.
