Calendar of 100 Days (E-mail or book)

Contains 'seed thoughts' for a daily practice of transforming consciousness into a sacred perspective. Daily e-mailed messages support both a meditative practice as well as the practice of remaining in sacred consciousness throughout each day. Daily meditations on light and healing offering a path of awareness for holding pain and suffering of any kind. This Calendar is of universal application but is particularly directed toward those experiencing painful circumstances in their lives at present. The awareness cultivated by the Calendar of Healing allows consciousness to participate most fully in the innate healing process of body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Calendar 60 for Young People (E-mail)

Daily e-mailed messages to be shared with children that are designed to help develop an understanding of purification and of leading a sacred life. Modeled after the original Calendar of 100 Days, the Calendar contains 60 daily messages to help inspire, uplift, and think about.

Meditations on Love, Relationships, and Letting Go (E-mail)

'Meditations on Love, Relationships, and Letting Go' is an e-mailed calendar of one-hundred daily meditations for the heart that apply to all relationships, but especially to those where a transition or ending needs to be dealt with. All of love involves learning to let go and let be, and so these meditations should benefit those who want to deepen their love, as well as those who are entering a new chapter in life.

The Practice of Alignment (Online Audio)

This recorded meditation can be listened to over and over again as an aid to spiritual anchoring in light. The recording time is five minutes but one can use it as a starting point for a longer meditative practice. Listening to it regularly can be a help to those who have difficulty sitting or who wish to deepen their experience of light. Developing a Quiet Mind (Online Audio)

Guided meditation lasting seven minutes to help one go deeper into a place of peace, silence, and love. Especially helpful for those who have difficulty meditating. Creating a Spiritual Practice Within Families (Booklet and CD)

This 52-page booklet and CD offer a frame of reference and foundation for sharing a spiritual practice with children. It was written as a starting point for a creative and intuitive process that can enable parents to shape the spiritual life of their families in a way inspired by their own soul's deepest yearnings as well as by the needs of their children. Included are five recorded meditations from the Calendar of Light.

Spiritual Practices for Daily Life (Booklet and CD)

Recorded meditations from the Calendar of Light to help anchor the higher vibrations of light within consciousness and body and to assist in deepening the connection with one's soul-identity. Each meditation is accompanied within the booklet by an introduction and discussion of its purpose.

A sequel to the Calendar of 100 Days and a preparation for the Calendar of Light that can also stand on its own as a pathway of light. Its focus complements the meditative aspect of the Calendar of 100 Days by bringing its 'seed thoughts' into a more practical focus and application within everyday life. The discussions and awareness tasks expand understanding of the basic principles of purification and require more involvement than the Calendar of 100 Days.

A platform for transformation into a new way of life, based on the principles of light and of purification. A variety of spiritual practices and 'awareness tasks' are included which accompany the discussions and bring them to a more experiential level. Calendar messages are received every three days for a ten-month period and are best undertaken with regularity and commitment. They offer both understanding and an immersion in the higher vibrations of light.
