New Light Body Adaptation - Trusting the Process
For some time now, I have been feeling extremely anxious. It's as though my body is being electrified. It is extremely unpleasant. I am trying herbs, meditation, prayer, energy work, exercise, and more, yet nothing alleviates this anxiety. What is causing this, and what SPECIFICALLY can I do about it? -- Robert

You are going through a very challenging time, dear one, and there is more to come. It cannot be gotten rid of in the way you describe because the molecular structure of your physical body is altering and releasing energies that have been compacted within the cells themselves. It is this process of releasing that you are perceiving as electrical energy. There is no harm being done to your body, however, and this is important for you to understand. Rather than trying to get rid of the process, it is important to try and work with it. The anxiety in your cells is a level of fear that became bound to the tissue and cells themselves a long time ago. You have maintained yourself in good health and with adequate emotional balance so that these dormant issues and energies did not need to have access and did not have access to your waking consciousness. Now, however, they are asking to be heard, not just as physical energy releasing, but as emotional energy as well that has something to say to you about your relationship with life. The promise of greater freedom lies before you as you go through this process of molecular change. But in order to get there, you have to tolerate the changed aspect of your genetic, molecular, and cellular functioning. You can continue to do the things you have been doing to try to alleviate the discomfort, but for the most part, the process has a life-cycle and rhythm of its own, and so it will continue until the energy has passed out of your body and through your conscious experience. In a simple way, you might meditate on the obvious question concerning anxiety. What is anxiety? It is a mild form of fear that acts as an irritant rather than something that causes fight or flight. Nevertheless, at its root anxiety is fear, and so you are encouraged to look more closely at the fear that is releasing from your cells and to form an inquiring and positive relationship with it. This does not mean giving vent to it or acting it out. It means allowing yourself to recognize it, to name it, and to understand what it is doing there. Your willingness to absorb the fear energy into your conscious experience will do alot to modify the extremity of your physical discomfort, and in the process will reveal to you things about yourself that you have not really been aware of. Blessings dear one. Trust the transformation you are going through as the path to greater freedom, and allow it to open up new doors of self-awareness for you. Julie Redstone
