Discussion forums vary in focus and content. Some are chosen by moderators, and others can be proposed by members and can be moderated or non-moderated, depending on their purpose.

We just upgraded to a new forum software and so right now you'll see the New Discussion Forums and also the Old Discussion Forum which is being phased out.
