Finding Inner Strength
Dear Julie, hi Julie my name is zac, i need prayer. In need of a christian friend. To help keep me in line and share with, in the word and maintaining the strength to keep on legimantly with God. I feel alone, im week in maintaining my faith in the quest. There are churches where i live but i always fall and become corrupted easily. Sometimes i find myself in situations i dont wanna be in. I cant recall how many times ive said sorry to Thee. In my mind there is a very heavy battle of good and bad, has much has i dont like it to win, in having a drink and recently started smoking, i feel so dissapointed that i dont fight for what is right, even when that is what i want to do. I feel like wanting to separate myself from everything, and that is what i want to do. I know ijus need to humble, i know what i need to do i jus dont do it, but no matter what situation im in i try to acknowledge him, and give Thee glory, for everything belongeth to He. I jus need that Freedom again, i will keep trying. I hope you can help me in prayer. God Bless. Thank you. -- Zac------------------------------------ Dearest Zac, It is very important for you to remember your name (Sakaria - Zachariah) and the prophet you were named after. You received this name as an energy that could help you. Here, for example, are two verses from the Book of Zechariah (Old Testament) that could help you lead your life: Zech 2:10 Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for, lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of thee, saith the LORD. Zech 2:11 And many nations shall be joined to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto thee. The name 'Zechariah' and the work of the prophet is to redeem people from ways that stray from God. This energy is already in you as a strength. Try to find it as you encounter life's daily challenges. Let yourself know that your name is you. It would also help you greatly, dear one, to share your burdens and struggles with others who are similarly seeking God's light and truth. Do not let your sense of repeated failure keep you alone, but rather ask for guidance from God as to where you should go to seek companionship and help. Greater strength exists within you than you are aware of, dear one. Remember this. Blessings - Julie Redstone
