Dearest Beloved Ones,

There is a new moment ahead, and at this time many faithful servants of God are being prepared to move into new positions of leadership and responsibility. There is a need to strengthen light, which will make possible new avenues for the expression of God's love in the world. God's light is now streaming through from the higher dimensions into the Earth's energy body and physical body, and all beings on the Earth are affected by this. Any blockages within your own body and consciousness may be more noticeable at this time, as the higher light moves into your energy field and begins the process of healing and dissolving old wounds of separation.

There are several things that you can do to support the transformation process that is occurring now, and to bring greater light into your body and consciousness.

• It is important to release yourself as much as possible from unhealthy habits that clog your energy field. Some of these may provide a temporary comfort, but in reality are keeping you from your goal of receiving more of God's love and light. The greater light available now on the Earth will be a support to you, so more will be possible now than was possible in the past.

• At this time much benefit can be gained from adding concentrated green foods to your diet. These would include spirulina and chlorella and other concentrated sources of chlorophyll. Taking these in a drink form is the most easily assimilated method, but you may also use tablets that can be chewed. These foods strengthen the light within your body and bring, and also aid in the purification process.

• Release from your environment all objects that do not support your goal of living in a sacred and light filled space.

• Choose a daily spiritual practice that aligns you with God's light. This could be prayer, meditation, quiet time in nature, or any activity that supports your ability to go within and feel the source of love and light that is God's living presence. There are several spiritual support resources available at this site that can aid in this process.

• There are some lightworkers and faithful servants of God who are now ready to make a quantum leap forward spiritually. This can be felt within as a sense of anticipation, passionate longing, and deep, heartfelt desire to release from oneself any barrier that stands in the way between oneself and God. For these souls we recommend the Calendar of Light which will provide the needed grounding and anchoring for this profound transformational process.
